- Kevin will consolidate your ideas and develop preliminary plans and specifications that match your budget.
- An experienced Architect will draw your final plans.
- We will prepare your contract documents and help you obtain financing.
- You have the opportunity to visit several showrooms and meet with design professionals and product experts to help make selections.
- While your home is under construction, you have access to the job and the contractors.
- At completion, you will meet with Kevin for a new home orientation.
- All warranty work is also performed under the supervision of the Owner.
- We provide assistance to many of our Homeowners long after the warranty period.
