We facilitate the process of developing a custom plan, searching for, or modifying a plan to be just right for your needs. Our Foundation

Kevin Kittel, President and Owner of Highland Builders, has been building homes for over 16 years. He has a Class “A” Contractors License as well as a license to sell real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Prior to homebuilding, Kevin has worked in the construction industry as an Engineer since graduating from Louisiana State University.
